Xstrata Copper Kidd Mine
MASHA is able to confirm that a fatality in the mining sector occurred at Xstrata Copper's Kidd Mine in Timmins on July 23, 2007. One worker was fatally injured when he fell to the bottom of a 120-foot stope.
The accident is under investigation.
