IRS Awareness
The Internal Responsibility System (IRS) is the foundation of workplace safety. The IRS is a group of associated people with defined responsibilities and relationships, working with mutual commitment to eliminate or control workplace hazards. MASHAs IRS Awareness Course is a one-day training session which provides an overview of what the IRS is, how it forms the foundation of occupational health and safety law, and how each person in the workplace has a responsibility to make it work.
