Job/Task Analysis

This one-day course is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to conduct a comprehensive task analysis in order to develop written task procedures. A number of key elements in the task analysis process are examined in detail, including the selection of critical tasks, pinpointing loss exposures, performing an efficiency check, developing controls, and writing task procedures. In one workshop, participants are expected to conduct a task analysis and write a procedure for a critical task specific to their workplace.

Recommended Prerequisites:
To ensure success in this module, all participants should have taken WSN's Act & Regulations and Introduction to Safety Programs courses.
