JHSC Certification Training Part 2 WSHT Modules

Workplace-specific hazard training is the second step in certification. WSN's series of half-day training modules provide certified members with the knowledge and skill to recognize, assess, and control the most prevalent hazards in their workplace. Eleven courses have been developed by WSN for the mining and aggregates industry: Dust and Fibres / Electrical Hazards / Emergency Preparedness / Fall Protection / Ground Control (Underground) / Lockout / Noise / Sprains and Strains / Surface Equipment (pits and quarries) / Underground Equipment Haulage / Underground Ventilation.

This training will also be beneficial to anyone in the workplace who is responsible for recognizing and controlling workplace hazards.

Required Prerequisite:
Basic Certification - Level One course.
